One of the obligatory courses on Ancient History. Lectures aim to the introduction of the students to aspects of the early Ancient Greek history (7th – 4th century BCE), such as political, religious and social developments.

After the completion of the course the students will be able to understand major complex phenomena of this period, and fully understand the developments in the specific historical frame.
